If you will be joining us for the first time, we encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to meet your child’s Sunday School teacher.

About Harvest Time Fellowship Church Kids

HTFC Kids exists to partner with families to disciple children here at HTFC.

We seek to do this in two ways:

Family Discipleship 

  1. We give free healthy biblical and theological resources for families to intentionally disciple children

  2. Help families introduce consistent rhythms of family worship and prayer

Sunday Morning Worship

  1. Encourage families to actively worship together

  2. Provide adult-led small class community for children

  3. Introduce kids to Scripture and prayer in a relational small class environment

What to Expect on Sunday Morning

Welcome and Check-In

Meet your child(rens) Sunday School Teacher

Worship

Worship as a family during our Worship Service. Pre-K and Nursery classrooms are open and optional for young children with hearing sensitivities.

Class Time

Meet your child’s teacher at the front of the church sanctuary after the first portion of worship and they will lead your child(ren) to their classroom.
You may walk your child(ren) if you’d like as well.

What Does a HTFC Kids Classroom Look Like?

Because our goal is to partner with parents to disciple their kids, each HTFC Kids classroom is composed of four things:

Prayer

Our HTFC Sunday School teachers model and lead kids in prayer. We strive to teach the kids to pray for others, share their own personal prayer requests, pray for the church, missionaries, and the world, and we demonstrate this in each class.

Community

Each class will seek to foster relationships with leaders and other kids

Bible Study

Every class will focus on learning about the life changing message of the Bible. Therefore, we strive to help kids know what they believe and why they believe it through reading and discussion of the Bible. We currently use the Kid’s Sunday School curriculum

Activities

Reinforce the Bible message with fun and engaging age-appropriate activities

Health & Safety Policies

Health

We ask that your child please not attend if:
· They have had a fever (100.4) in the last 48 hours.
· They are exhibiting any symptoms of illness, including:
o Any flu-like symptoms
o Cough
o Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
o Fatigue
o Muscle or body aches
o Headache
o New loss of taste or smell
o Sore throat
o Congestion or runny nose
o Nausea or vomiting
o Diarrhea

Safety

Each class room teacher is required to be a member of Harvest Time Fellowship Church, and every team member is trained and equipped to care for your children with excellence.
