Our Mission:

Our mission is to teach the Word of God, and make disciples who will take the Word of God to the world.

Our Principals:

  • This Church government is a voluntary, co-operative fellowship of like believers. We are a part of the universal Church which is sovereign under Christ.

  • The Holy Bible, the Word of God, is to be held in the Spirit of Christ, supreme in all matters governing this Church.

  • Every Christian should endeavor to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace, until we all come in the unity of the faith, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

Tenets of Faith:

The Bible is our all-sufficient rule for faith and practice. Hence this statement of faith is intended as a basis of fellowship among us, that we all speak the same thing. (I Corinthians 1:10; Acts 2:42).

  • The Scriptures Inspired - The Scriptures, both the Old and New Testaments, are inspired of God and are the Revelation of God to man, the infallible authoritative rule of faith and conduct. (II Timothy 3:15-17; I Thessalonians 2:13; II Peter 1:21).

  • The One True God - We believe in one God eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.  (Deuteronomy 6:4; Mark 12:29; Isaiah 43:10-11; Matthew 28:19).

  • Man, His Fall, and Redemption - Man was created good and upright, for God said, “Let us make man in Our image, after Our  likeness.” However, man, by voluntary transgression, fell and his only hope of redemption is in Jesus Christ, the Son of God. (Genesis 1:26-31; Romans 5;12-21).

  • The Salvation of Man -

    • Conditions to Salvation - The Grace of God, which brings salvation, has appeared to all men through belief in and acceptance of Jesus Christ as Lord.  Man is saved by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit, being justified by grace through faith in Jesus Christ as Lord. (Titus 2:11; Romans 10:13-15; Luke 24:47; Titus 3:5-7).

    •  The Evidence of Salvation - The inward evidence to the believer of his salvation is the direct witness of the Holy Spirit, the outward evidence to all men is a life process of righteousness.

  • Baptism in Water - The ordinance of Baptism by burial with Christ should be observed as commanded in the Scriptures, by all who have repented and in their hearts have believed in Christ as Savior and Lord. In so doing, they declare to the world that they have died with Jesus and they have been raised with him to walk in newness of life (Matthew 28:19; Acts 10:47-48; Romans 6:4).

  • The Lord’s Supper - The Lord’s Supper, consisting of the elements of bread and the fruit of the vine, is the symbol  expressing  our sharing the divine nature of our Lord Jesus Christ, a memorial of His suffering and death, the promise of His second coming, and is enjoined on all believers “until He comes” (II Peter 1:4; I Corinthians 11:26; John 6:48, 51, 53-57; Luke 22:19-20).

  • The Promise of the Father - All believers are entitled to expect the promise of the Father and the Baptism in the Holy Spirit according to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ. This was the experience of the early Christians. With the Baptism in the Holy Spirit comes spiritual power for life and service, the gifts of the spirit, and their use in the work of the ministry (Luke 24:49, Acts 1:4, 8; Acts 2:38-43; Acts 10:44-46; Acts 11:14-16; Acts 15:7-9; I Corinthians 12:1-31).

  • The Evidence of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit - The consummation of the baptism of believers in the Holy Spirit is evidenced by the initial physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance, and by the subsequent manifestations of spiritual power in public testimony and service (Acts 2:4; Acts 10:44-46; Acts 19:2, 6; Acts 2:42-43).

  • Sanctification - The Scriptures teach a life of holiness. By the power of the Holy Spirit we are able to obey the command, “Be ye holy, for I am holy.” Sanctification is the will of God through our Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 1:17; Colossians 1:21-23).

  • The Church - The Church is the body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Holy Spirit, with divine appointment for the fulfillment of the great commission. Each believer, born of the Holy Spirit, is an integral part of the Church and of the First-Born, which are written in heaven (Ephesians 1:22-23; Ephesians 2:18-22; Hebrews 12:23).

  • The Ministry and Evangelism - A divinely called and scripturally ordained ministry has been provided by our Lord for a twofold purpose: (1) to evangelize the world; (2) to edify the Body of Christ (Mark 16:15-20; Ephesians 4:11-13).

  • Divine Healing - Deliverance from sickness is provided for in Christ’s atonement and is the privilege of all  Christian believers (Isaiah 53:4-5; Matthew 8:16-17; Mark 16:18; John 5:14).

  • The Blessed Hope - The resurrection of those who have died in Christ, together with those who are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord, is imminent and is the Blessed hope of the Church (I Thessalonians 4:16-17; Romans 8:23; Titus 2:13; I Corinthians 15:51-52).

  • The Millennial Reign of Jesus - The revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ from heaven, the salvation of national Israel, and the millennial reign of Christ on the earth is the Scriptural promise of the world’s hope (II Thessalonians 1:7; Revelation 19:1-14; Romans 11:26-27; Revelation 20:1-7).

  • The Lake of Fire - The devil and his angels, the beast and the false prophet, and those whose names are not found written in the Book of Life shall be consigned to everlasting punishment in hell, which is the second death (Revelation 19:20; Revelation 20:10-15).

  • The New Heaven and the New Earth - According to His promise, we look for a new heaven and a new earth wherein righteousness dwells (II Peter 3:13; Revelation 21 and Revelation 22).
